MaxSolar with new company-bulding in Traunstein by 2025

MaxSolar is getting a new company building in the heart of Traunstein. A new office building still to be constructed at the Traunstein railway station area will be ready for occupancy by mid-2025 and will then have an area of 2,600 square metres on 4 floors. With spacious work areas, modern meeting rooms and high-quality technical equipment, an optimal infrastructure will be created for the employees. Space for social interaction is provided by a café, communal areas or the roof terrace.

The new location at the railway station impresses with its ideal location, which is extremely attractive not only for our employees but also for our customers. Another advantage of this new building is the consolidation of our teams from Wolkersdorf and Erlstätt in one central location. By merging them, we are creating even more efficient communication and cooperation between the departments. This spatial proximity will enable us to bundle our strengths, exchange ideas more quickly and further increase the innovative power of our company.

"This new building is a clear commitment to our vision and to the region. It symbolises our courage to embrace change and continue to develop," says Christoph Strasser, CEO of MaxSolar.

The Hartinger group of companies, a family office from Rosenheim, is the landlord of the office building. Michael Hartinger, owner of the new building, explains: "The tenant MaxSolar, as a service provider for green electricity, perfectly complements the ecological and structural sustainability concept of my property!

The building, which cost approx. 8 million euros, was planned by the Rosenheim architect Rudolf Hauser. The Traunstein architectural firm Romstätter und Partner is supervising the construction. The Munich law firm Glock Liphart Probst & Partner acted in an advisory capacity for the landlord.
