Mobile working

Thanks to our FlexWork concept, you can also work from home or anywhere else. We make sure that our requests for flexible working are in line with customer wishes or operational requirements.

Part-time models

We offer employees a variety of part-time models that are adapted to their respective life situations.


You will receive 30 days' holiday with us, as well as special leave for special occasions.

Modern work equipment

For maximum mobility and flexibility, we provide you with extensive and modern work equipment. This includes a laptop, headset and usually also an iPhone. Our workstations in our offices are equipped with two screens as standard.


From cargo bikes to e-bikes, from city bikes to mountain bikes: you have the option of leasing your dream bike from our contractual partner. Our contractual partner's dealer network comprises around 3,000 dealers in Germany. And we subsidize your leasing bike.


Employees (without a company car) receive a monthly tax- and social security-free allowance of € 30.00 for the Deutschlandticket (as a job ticket). This allowance is also granted to trainees, working students and interns.

Support for e-mobility

Employees can charge their private electric or hybrid vehicles at our on-site charging stations at a reduced rate. We also provide employees with company cars with a wallbox for charging at home.

EGYM Wellpass-Fitness

Employees can benefit from significantly reduced contributions through MaxSolar's Wellpass fitness membership. This allows us to promote sporting activities such as swimming, fitness, sauna, yoga, climbing, etc.

givve® Card

We use the givve® Card as a rechargeable prepaid credit card for you to make monthly payments of tax-free benefits in kind and benefits in kind.

Company pension plan

Because your company pension scheme is important to us, we also subsidize your contributions over and above the statutory amount, depending on your length of service.

Nursery school

If you are a parent, we will support you financially with a nursery school allowance.


We support your start with us from day one. Together with many other new recruits, we invite you to a one-day or multi-day onboarding at our main site in Traunstein. There you can make your first contacts and learn all about MaxSolar as your new employer.  You will also be assigned a buddy to help you quickly find your feet in your new working life with us.

Training and further education

We offer you suitable opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills that you need for your tasks and projects. This includes work shadowing, specialist training, management seminars and much more.
