Energy Partners GmbH was founded in 2024 as a subsidiary of MaxSolar GmbH to address precisely this need: as an infrastructure provider, the company develops and implements bespoke, holistic energy solutions for industrial and commercial customers (C&I). The aim is to facilitate companies’ access to economical, sustainable energy and to support them in the long term as they transform their energy supply.
Energy Partners’ range of services covers both the structural and operational design of modern energy infrastructures: by concluding onsite and offsite Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Energy Partners enables a long-term supply of affordable, green electricity whilst also providing a high degree of price and planning security. In addition, Energy Partners handles the planning and implementation of photovoltaic systems, energy storage solutions and electric vehicle charging points, integrated energy systems that are optimally tailored to the specific on-site requirements. Through the AI-supported energy management system “EPSherpa”, all energy components are intelligently networked and controlled, thereby optimising energy flows, reducing peak loads and unlocking additional efficiency and cost-saving potential.
At the same time, Energy Partners actively supports companies in achieving their ESG targets and in the sustainable reduction of CO2 emissions. Projects are implemented either independently or in collaboration with a nationwide network of qualified specialist partners. In this way, Energy Partners ensures the efficient, scalable and high-quality implementation of energy projects.
