We offer citizens the opportunity to participate in renewable energy projects online.

Thanks to our many years of experience in the planning and realisation of solar parks, we know exactly which locations and technologies are optimal for each project. This in-depth expertise ensures that our citizen participation offers are based on a stable economic foundation.

Our aim is to make financial citizen participation as simple and clear as possible. To this end, we provide a user-friendly online platform through which interested parties can participate indirectly and use their personal administration area.

Opportunities for financial citizen participation in our projects

Our citizen participation models enable you to play an active role in the energy transition and at the same time benefit from the advantages of our projects. The options vary depending on the project, but we offer two main models:

1. Electricity bonus

By participating in our electricity bonus offer, you will benefit from an annual credit on your electricity bill – without any financial investment. This offer is generally aimed at citizens who live near the respective projects. However, eligibility for the electricity bonus also depends on the type of electricity and the electricity provider and varies depending on the project.

2. Subordinated loan

A subordinated loan offers you the opportunity to actively participate in the energy transition and benefit from attractive interest income.

With your financial support, you contribute directly to the realisation of our projects. As compensation for the higher risk associated with subordinated repayment, you receive an above-average interest rate, which is often significantly higher than that of traditional savings investments. All contractual conditions - including the term, interest rates and repayment modalities - are clearly and transparently regulated.
