Charging infrastructure for electric vehicles

A high-performance charging infrastructure is the foundation for successful electric mobility in businesses and local authorities – and is therefore a key component of modern, sustainable energy and transport strategies.

Intelligent and sustainable
Charging infrastructure solutions from MaxSolar

The energy transition calls for sustainable, decentralised and efficient infrastructure. We develop, build and operate integrated charging and energy infrastructure for businesses and local authorities – from grid connection and charging hardware to billing and load management.

We operate facilities ourselves or on behalf of industrial and technology companies as well as public sector clients. As a certified ChargePoint operator and infrastructure provider, we ensure predictable costs, high availability and measurable performance – and enhance the appeal of your location.

Our services
Planning, construction, operation

Consultancy and project planning:

We begin with a site and feasibility analysis, demand planning and a cost-benefit assessment. This is followed by the technical planning of the charging infrastructure, including the grid and connection concept, as well as support with registration and approval processes in coordination with grid operators and authorities.

Installation and commissioning:

We supply, install and connect the charging infrastructure. All trades – from civil engineering to grid connection – are coordinated. Coordination with energy suppliers and grid operators, as well as commissioning, are handled by a single point of contact.

Operation, energy management and billing:

During operation, we integrate the systems into energy and load management, avoid peak loads and reduce grid connection costs. Locally generated electricity (e.g. from PV and storage systems) is prioritised. All charging processes are automatically recorded and analysed.

We handle technical and commercial operations, maintenance, fault and spare parts management, as well as 24/7 support.

Infrastructure tailored to needs
The right charging points for every location

The choice of the right charging station depends largely on the requirements of the location. If vehicles are only charged for short periods, a high charging capacity is crucial to minimise the charging time. For longer periods, a lower output is sufficient.

  • AC charging points: efficient for longer charging times

AC charging points use alternating current and are particularly suitable for locations where vehicles are parked for extended periods, such as company car parks or multi-storey car parks. Charging power typically ranges from 4.6 kW to 22 kW, meaning a full charge can take between 3 and 10 hours, depending on the power output.

  • DC charging points: fast charging for short stops

DC charging points, which operate on direct current, offer significantly higher charging power and are ideal for locations where vehicles stay for only a short time, such as transport hubs, logistics centres or shopping centres. With power outputs ranging from 50 kW to 400 kW, and in some cases even higher, electric vehicles can be charged in no time at all.

Pay securely, top up quickly
Simply pay with your debit card - securely, quickly and without an app

We use the Giro-e billing system from GLS Mobility for our charging stations, which is based on the contactless debit card with NFC chip from all German banks. Giro-e eliminates the need to carry different charging cards from different providers. E-vehicle owners can now simply use their debit card to pay the tariffs displayed, which makes the charging process much easier. Any bank card from any German bank is accepted for the purchase of electricity, as long as it has a debit card with contactless function.

The data on the debit card is securely encrypted when it is read at the charging station and can only be decrypted by GLS Mobility. As a rule, the debit to the current account is visible in the account transactions after two working days. After registering with the authentication code, users have the option of accessing all historical charging processes and creating formal PDF invoices. They can also view recently completed charging processes on the same day.
