We are implementing the rooftop photovoltaic system for a logistics hall as part of a clever energy concept for our sister company GreenRock. A total of 3754 modules with a total output of 1.2 MW will be installed on the flat roof in two construction phases. In the first construction phase, 749.06 kWp were installed. The remaining modules in a 2nd construction phase. The direct electricity supply and the construction in accordance with KfW 55 standard guarantee low ancillary costs in the future. In keeping with the overall green concept, a green façade is planned in some areas. Thanks to the attractiveness of the property, Greenrock was able to win a well-known Bavarian industrial company with a product distribution centre as a tenant for the 11,000 square metre logistics hall in Mühldorf am Inn even before construction started.
