Agricultural technology meets solar energy: Agritechnica 2023

Renewable energies have become an integral part of agriculture. Agritechnica provides an outlook on the agriculture of tomorrow.

For the first time since 2019, the leading agricultural technology trade fair Agritechnica opened its doors again in Hanover. The organizers from the German Agricultural Society once again expected up to 400,000 visitors from over 53 countries. More than 1,700 exhibitors came from abroad, 900 from Germany. This year's trade fair was held under the motto "Green Productivity" and thus also saw itself as a specialist forum for future topics in agriculture. The focus this year was on renewable energies such as photovoltaics, wind power, biogas and electricity storage. In the case of photovoltaics, the focus was clearly on innovative agri-PV solutions for sustainable agriculture.

Best day for energy farmers

Thursday, November 16, was the best day for energy farmers. There was not only a lot going on at the exhibition center on this day, but there were also exciting specialist presentations on the topic of renewable energies.
